This is where I will report all of my documentation and other deliverable information obtained during my internship. This will include:

  • Weekly blog posts presenting the most pertinent information. This will include my thoughts and feelings, workouts or training programs that were designed, advice given by Kyle as to how I can be the best professional possible, nutritional information that could be helpful for boosting health or performance, and occasional photos of unusual or exceptional events.

  • A final evaluation of competency from Kyle displaying how I performed over the course of the internship.
